Chef Vesso of Trattoria Vesso Partners with World Pasta Champion Chef Enzo for an Exclusive Culinary Journey

Get ready for an unforgettable week of culinary excellence as Chef Vesso, our very own head chef, teams up with Chef Enzo Cianci [Geneva], 2021-22 World Pasta Champion, for unparalleled dining experiences at Trattoria Vesso.

Renowned for his mastery in fresh pasta, Chef Enzo is the proud owner of Fabbrica Pasta in Geneva Switzerland, where he has become a legend for his authentic hand-made pasta.  

Longtime friends and colleagues of Chefs Goutatoo [Geneva], a group of chefs dedicated to promoting local produce, Vesso and Enzo will share their passion for cooking and deepen your appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each plate.

These culinary virtuosos will unveil their collaborative pasta menu, and Italian favourites offering scrumptious pasta dishes doused in aromas and flavours designed to captivate guests. From Ravioli to Cappelletti and Fagottini to Mafaldini, the pasta dishes promise to delight the palate.  

Live Chef Demos will take place every evening from 5-8pm (with exception of Monday)

Join us for lunch or dinner for a specially curated menu.  Guests can choose their favourite Trattoria Vesso regular menu items – including our wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, salads, appetizers and more.

WORKSHOP

The workshop includes hands-on experience in making pasta, a live chef demo, and education on the Art of Fresh Pasta, as well as the chef’s recipes and storytelling. Following the workshop, guests will enjoy two fresh made pasta dishes, Trattoria’s classic Tiramisu and a glass of wine. Guests will also get to take some fresh pasta home.
